Diana Krall (1964-) is a jazz pianist/singer from Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. She started learning how to play piano at the age of four, and by the age of fifteen she was playing in local restaurants. At age seventeen she won a scholarship from the Vancouver Jazz Festival to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. In 1993 she released her first album "Stepping Out". Krall married British singer/songwriter Elvis Costello on December 6, 2003. Three years later on the same day, she gave birth to their twin sons Dexter Henry Lorcan & Frank Harlan James.
